Bone Broth Latte
Ingredients:
8-10 oz of chicken or beef bone broth
1 TBSP Ghee or grass fed butter
1-1 ½ TBSP nutritional yeast
¼ tsp organic onion powder
¼ tsp organic garlic salt
Dash of cumin
Pinch of each to achieve desired taste:
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper
Pinch of dulse kelp flakes
Any other favorite spices
Insturctions:
Warm bone broth up in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Do not boil over. Add first 5 ingredients to make bone broth latte. It is truly these ingredients that make it rich and creamy like a flavorful latte. Add remaining ingredients to taste, or include your favorite spices. I’ve found that oregano and cayenne pepper are delicious as well. As well as melted coconut butter make this creamy latte. Serve warm in favorite mug, spit and enjoy as a treat or even as a meal replacement.
